When you first join Runescape, the first thing you or almost every user that joins and finishes the tutorial stage of Runescape would do is to begin training to achieve a higher combat level or even total level. This is obviously the best thing a newbie would want to do when starting to play the game, Runescape. But the thing that every trainer need is their armour to be able to attack or defend their self during a battle or have a lower chance of loosing to their opponent. The better the armour that you are wielding, the more strength you will have to fight. It's that simple. There are a couple of different ways to getting your armour around in the game, which will be explained here.

The Ultimate Runescape Gold Guide - Part Six
Fletching is a skill that puts logs to good use. It allows you to both make arrows and bows, both items unique to those who wish to excel in the Range skill. Making bows is actually one of easiest ways of level up the skill, as making full arrows requires you to take multiple steps and gather multiple resources (although, in cases, it is worth doing).
If you’re a member, grab a knife (which can be bought from any general store or found at the 1st floor of the Varrock general store), a hatchet (also known as an axe) and take it to any populated forest (I’m talking about populated with trees, not people!). Then, just Read more »

The Ultimate Runescape Gold Guide - Part Five
Now, if you do this properly, you can make quite a bit. Notice I’m not saying hundreds of thousands or millions. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re selling sharks or lobsters outside the Wilderness then you probably will be able to hit those targets, but not if your just selling good, standard, wholesome foods like you would if you were a low level cook, your much less likely to hit those types of numbers.
Selling food this way is actually a lot more fun than mining coal, or chopping wood. I’ve always found cooking much more variable Read more »

...monsters who can deal quite a bit of damage (not just the 1 hit and occasional 2 hits you can take off a goblin). These fighters need quick HP boosts, and so Sharks are just the answers.
Sharks are hard to fish, but just think about it. If you spend your time, trying to fish and cook 1,000 sharks, but the end of it, you’ll have sharks equivalent to 1,000,000GP (1 mill). Good, yes?
Ok, so maybe it’ll take you too long to get to that kinda level. Alright, alright, let me explain to you a few easier ways of making your money in Runescape.
Right, now that you’ve had the major ways of Read more »

The Ultimate Runescape Gold Guide - Part Three
Map to find a location that’s near the bank for efficient depositing, and has a good amount of coal rocks, along with a few people there). It’s always difficult mining the right mining spot, I’ve even resorted to using the Lumbridge swamp mines which is no where near the bank (closest bank being in Edgeville). I had to resort to mining a full set of coal, and then teleporting to Edgeville bank in order to deposit. Then running back to the mining area, mining, and then repeating the process. Now there are obviously big disadvantages with doing this, one, you’ll need a high magic level in order to teleport, two, you’ll need the runes to teleport, and normally these cost quite a bit, and three, you’ll have to carry the runes in your inventory, thus taking up space where you could have Read more »

The Ultimate Runescape Gold Guide - Part Two
Cutting yews is just one of the many ways of making some serious GP in Runescape. You’ve also got the commonly used merchanting.
Merchanting is about arbitrage; buying low, and selling high. All you really have to do is again, identify an item with demand, and play with that demand a little; taking your profit from the difference between how much you bought the time for, and how much you sold it for later on.
Let me give you a good example of an item that is commonly merchanted for cash.
Coal is an ore that is needed in all high-level metal smelting, from steel onwards. That’s what makes it’s demand so huge, and thus, it makes it a good item to merchandise in. Here is an example of Read more »

Mining is Runescape is one of the most loved and practised skills. Who wouldn't love hitting rocks all day, finding rare gems, and dumping ore into your bank, then going back to chip at those rocks all day? No, seriously, mining is a big money maker in Runescape, especially when you hit those high-levels.
The mining skill is pretty interesting. The greater you increase in level, the greater variety of ores you have to mine, and the greater variety of pickaxes you can use increases. Also, certain ores that were pretty time-consuming for you to mine previously become easier and easier to mine as your mining level increases. Read more »

There are a lot of things you need to know about your Runescape account. One major factor is security of your account, as you don't want your valuable Runescape items and character suddenly going missing now do you? Jagex has taken extra steps in the way of safety lately, for example, they introduced the bank PIN code that players can set to make the items in their bank safer if their character is hacked into. Also, Jagex tries really hard to make players realise that they will not ask for anyone's username and password, and that you must always sign in from Runescape.com and nowhere else; or you could risk losing your character to someone else.

There are a few steps you can take to ensure that your account is as safe as it can be, and not prone to getting accessed by other Read more »

Runescape is full of fun and exciting items, specially dropped on special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, and Halloween. Some of these items that were dropped years back in the world of Runescape have been extremely rare, and thus extremely valuable. For example, the Santa Hat of Christmas 2002. When dropped, they were only worth around 30k (30,000 GP) each, but now their worth has soared to the millions! This has been the same for items such as Halloween masks of 2003, and also Easter Eggs. Sadly this trend can't happen with non-tradable items (not fair, I have a Scythe) but, that makes those non-tradable items even more rare even though you can't sell them (yay!).
That moves us swiftly onto the Runescape Party Hat. These were dropped a while back too, and are the most commonly talked about Read more »
