There are many areas to train on Runescape, but they usually have a lot of people taking all the monsters. I will tell you specific places to train, and what skills should be trained. Most of the higher leveled areas I speak of will be non-member areas. In this article you will learn where to train, and why. My areas are not guaranteed to be free of other players.

Level 1-10
You start at Lumbridge at level one and you look around and see goblins everywhere. You should at least gain one or two levels from goblins. Then you move to cows or chicken.
