There are many areas to train on Runescape, but they usually have a lot of people taking all the monsters. I will tell you specific places to train, and what skills should be trained. Most of the higher leveled areas I speak of will be non-member areas. In this article you will learn where to train, and why. My areas are not guaranteed to be free of other players.

Level 1-10
You start at Lumbridge at level one and you look around and see goblins everywhere. You should at least gain one or two levels from goblins. Then you move to cows or chicken. All the weapons on runescape have different uses and different types of attacks. Some weapons hit harder than others, and some hit low, but are fast. Whether it is killing men in lumbridge or going one on one with greater demons in the wilderness, it's still considered training.
