Items Needed: Raw Sardine, Doogle Leaf, Bucket of Milk, 100 gold points.

Description: Oh no! Gertrude's cat has run away! It's been a while now so Gertrude must be very sad. Well, help Gertrude by finding her cat and put a smile across her face! You even get a special gift at the end -;)

Quest Instructions:
1.) To start the quest, Start off by meeting up with Gertrude. She should be in front or somewhere around her house. During the quest I noticed that she never goes in her house but I may be wrong. Talk to her and ask her what's wrong. She will then tell you her problem. Then she will tell you to go talk to her sons Wilough and Shilop. They are located in Varrock square. You should be able to find them right beside the fur trader. Even if you don't find both of them Shilop should be there.

* While you are here take some time and go behind Gertrude's house and pick up a Doogle Leaf.

2.) Next on the list is to talk to Shilop and he will tell you if you give him 100 coins he will tell you where the secret hideout is.

3.) If you had these items already when starting the quest, then you can skip this step.

Bucket of milk: On the farm in Lumbridge there should be a little house located near it. there you will find the bucket. Next you should be heading east of the farm. you should then find cows grazing on grass. Next to them you should be able to see Gillie Groats. If you need help on milking the cows, Gillie Groats will come to your rescue =D. To get the milk use the bucket you got with the Dairy Cow. Then ahh... a fresh bucket of milk! If you do not feel like going through this step you could always use a bucket of milk in your bank or buying a bucket of milk in any local General Store.

100 Gold Points: You will need this 100 Gold Points to give to Shilop so he could tell you where the secret hideout is.

Raw Sardine: And finally we have come to the Raw Sardine! Getting raw sardine is quite simple actually. If you do not have money on you right now then you could always go fishing in the Al Kaharid dessert. But if you do have money you can always go buy one at any local fish store. also if a fish store is not near you then any local general store would be fine.

Doogle Leaf: If you did not pick up the Doogle Leaf behind Gertrude's house then at this time you can do it right now. All you need is one so don't waste time to pick up hundreds. -;)

(oh.. and by the way, to get seasoned sardine al you have to do is right click on Doogle Leaf and use it with the Raw Sardine. Then the out some should be a seasoned sardine)

4.) Ok. so now that you have the items head to the hide out which is located in north east of Varrock next to the Lumber Yard. Once you get there just hop the fence to get on the other side.

5.) Head over to the ladder and on to the second floor. you should now be able to see Gertrude's cat. right-click on her and click on pick up. It might or might not cause damage to you depending on what level you are. Soon after that a message should pop up saying that, the cat might be thirsty. Now is the time to give it milk. right click on bucket of milk and then use it with Gertrude's cat. Try picking it up again. The cat probably reacted the same way the first time. but then a message should pop up saying that it is hungry. Now is the time to feed her. so now what you do is right- click on seasoned sardine and use it with Gertrude's cat to feed it. And now is the last attempt to pick up the cat. you should have not been able to pick up the cat. You then find out that she does not want to leave for some strange reason. The time would be now that you hear the kitten's mew in the distance.

6.) Now we are on the search of the lost kitten. And its up to use to find it. Start looking in the crates to find the kitten. i would suggest you look for the mews to pop up out of the crate. because they are most likely to be in that crate.

(now don't get fooled because I did.. its not time to go to Gertrude right now so don't hurry up and leave. Also there might be more then one cat hiding but you only need one to take back to Gertrude's cat.)

7.) Ok. so now that you have the cat go ahead and head up to the ladder again and on to the second floor where Gertrude's cat should still be there. So that's why Gertrude's cat did not want to leave! obviously.. because she did not want to leave without her kittens! So i guess this would be a good time to hand over the Kitten to Gertrude's cat. You should now receive a message stating that Gertrude's cat, Fluffs has gone back home with her kitten.

8.) So now i guess you should do the same thing. Go head bake to gertrude's house and talk to her. You should now be finished with the quest. but look! you now have a pet kitten of your own! how exciding! haha =D
