to the response made by jagex staff, I’m afraid to inform you that there are approximately 300 “phats” of each color. Please state your moderator name so I can tell you “jagex moderator rules”, because you have violated them by giving false information. excuse me jagex but is it true that you can make a party hat with level 50 crafting and a chefs hat sheers and any colour dye??

jagex!!! thts so cool but can i ask you something can u throw an event tht gives ea player 1 wish in rs tht way ppl who r being insulted or called noobs can stop being insulted and become hurt inside them i know there feeling from when i started rs until now (lvl 70) ppl call me noobs and i read 1 of your pages and it said it means new player but when i told some1 tht he disagreed and kept calling me noob so if u can grant this wish in an event i will be more than thankful and i might use my wish to help some1 else like give him my wish so plz think about it then post a comment here – thank you for ur co-operation

This guide seems to be “Well Written”. Also,the boy/girl or man/woman claiming to be “Zezima” is not, as you have all probably guessed. We keep in contact with the top 10 players of “Runescape”.And we are afraid that “Amulets of Accuracy” will not be worth much,the reason is said above.And the rumor about someone having 100 “Party Hats” is clearly NOT true, because the largest amount of “Party Hats” a player has had is approximately 7. And the current amount of “Party Hats” in the game is about 450 of each color.And the amount of “Halloween Masks” is about 200 for each color.Thank you for writing this guide.

err, patty 03, im afraid that ammulets of accuracy will not be rare in the near future, as they are given out in one of the easiest quests.

secondly, the guy who claims to be zezima is a complete fake, as is hmmmm..

idiots! nobody has 100 phat’s…and who would drop them?? they would disappear!…haha, zezima! stop being a wanna be!!!!!!!!!!! man we all know your not really him so stop..because zezima has more than 2 of each mask. and gnome scarves?….wtf… they are members…u cant drop in a non member world u idiot. they wouldn’t even show up and he would loose them. wanna bes are sooooo annoying because they want to be “all that” when they aren’t. peace out! –csxnsup–

I think it sucks that Jagex decided to mix into the economy after realizing the value that some of these rare drop items were displaying.

After all, it’s an interesting part of the economy, and while any one thing may be valuable, the more valuable things in general the game has, the less valuable any ONE thing is. All they’ve done is made those party hats and santa hats worth more and more, instead of them staying relatively the same and having other items come to their value level.

Ah well.

I used to play this game and had several p hats, a dragon helmet all that cool stuff

Ended up selling it though, I still have my character
